About the opportunity
What's on your plate?
● Help coordinate Digital & CRM campaigns with our local teams.
● Collaborate with the local food Sales team with the restaurants on marketing campaigns.
● Support local advertising, promotional campaigns and event management as per the department and brand
guidelines and budget.
● Ensure that Talabat.com is well-positioned as a brand in the local market and reaches the right audience to
optimize market share.
● Set communication to the right audience in the customer funnel
● Create and execute growth plans with account managers for key account campaigns
● Responsible for increasing order penetration of new verticals
● Responsible for re-order rate growth of verticals
● Set up templates and processes for requesting marketing support for new verticals
Others:
● Prepare the following reports :
- Competitive landscape (Weekly)
- Current campaigns (every other day)
- Weekly Influencer coverage from competition / Talabat
● Responsible for the Communication:
- CRM: NFC/ Push notification and Email
- Media partners offer: I love Qatar & Qatar Living weekly
● Manage the Influencers:
- Weekly / Weekend Nano Influencers - Vendors from AMS to share.
What did we order?
● A minimum of 2 years working experience in Marketing.
● Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage,
inform, and motivate
● Analytical and comfortable with numbers (Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus)
