About the opportunity
Researches, develops, plans, designs, maintains and implements policies and programs that enhance the organization's relations with the community, the public, government and regulatory authorities, shareholders and employees | Responsibilities are within the Corporate Affairs/Communications Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
● Work closely with the communications team to coordinate the development and execution of communications strategy in the UAE
● Compile coverage and event wrap-up reports
● Liaise with third-party organizations to secure speaking opportunities and participation in events
● Coordinate media gifting, schedule deliveries and media follow ups
● Closely monitor coverage and industry trends
● Assist in drafting and dispatching press content
● Coordinate logistics of events and provide on-site support as needed
What you need to be successful
● Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
● Fluent in Arabic and English
● Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
