About the opportunity

To drive revenue and growth initiatives regionally to ensure business achieves budgeted goals.

Commission Revenue

  • Build excellent tracking and dashboarding on investment spent and revenues for sales teams, senior executives and C-levels

  • Design and implement commission structures for restaurant partners that align with business goals and market conditions.

  • Regularly review and adjust commission rates to optimize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning.

  • Solve for unit economics and ensure all drivers are in harmony with business priorities and goals

  • Run projects end to end to ensure the business achieves specific strategic initiatives within each market and regionally

  • Run experiments, special projects and pilots to develop future product solutions for the business model

  • Create presentations for Directors, C-level and management - ensuring thorough

  • understanding and perspective is built across all stakeholders

  • Work with global teams and counterparts to accelerate insights and think through long term revenue and growth strategy

  • Collaborate with local sales, regional finance, product and logistics teams to support key initiatives

  • Identify and prioritize revenue and growth levers and prioritize based on investment amount and ROI.

  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor information to forecast future revenue and set appropriate commission rates.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to identify patterns and opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commission revenue, such as average commission rate, revenue per order, and partner retention rates.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on commission performance to senior management

  • Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to develop commission-based incentives for restaurant partners.

  • Address partner concerns regarding commission structures and work to find mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and new market entrants that may impact commission strategies.

  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to ensure our commission rates remain attractive to partners while maximizing revenue.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align commission strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue recognition and forecasting

Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Division’s ABCs and OKRs, while ensuring alignment with other Functions' heads. 

  • Make critical decisions that support the Division's strategic and tactical direction. 

  • Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics to ensure the achievement of goals and take corrective actions when necessary.

Governance and Resilience

  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. 

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

What you need to be successful

  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a relevant field is required.

  • Previous work experience in revenue analytics and driving growth initiatives

  • Deep understanding of finance metrics, P&L management and unit economics

  • Track record of successful delivery of projects and good understanding of project management

  • Adept with data and dashboarding - understanding of SQL, Tableau, data studio, statistics, finance models

  • Preferred - previous work experience in eCommerce, Foodtech or consulting

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Good understanding of sales functions

  • Bias for action, high degree of ownership of work, empathy, ability to collaborate and work with multiple cross functional teams.
