Chargeback / Fraud Expert, Global Payment Fraud (fixed-term) (all genders)

• We are on the lookout for a Chargeback / Fraud Expert to join our Global Payment Fraud team and become the main person responsible for handling the chargeback disputes from end to end across many of our brands around the world.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

•  Full responsibility of the daily processing of chargeback claims across our brands in APAC, Europe, and MENA while ensuring proper and accurate handling of the cases
•  Data analysis of incoming chargback cases to recommend any changes that can be made to our various risk profiles to limit the fraud risk on our platform
• Quality management by reviewing your important KPIs such as win rate and properly disputing relevant chargebacks to ensure we limit our financial impact
• Close collaboration with our stakeholders around the world, not limited to global banks, payment acquirers, payment service providers, and our local teams based in their respective markets
• Proactively exploring areas that can be improved including the updating of defense materials and automation of chargeback handling
• Being the main point of contact for all chargeback topics including leading a monthly call to present key topics and data from the previous month to our internal stakeholders
• Further automation of daily tasks will open opportunities to explore other areas of fraud prevention including risk profile management and other fraud areas within Delivery Hero

Your heroic skills:

* Professional experience working for a high transaction volume e-commerce or financial business with focus in chargeback handling and/or fraud prevention
* Experience in processing data coming from various different sources and proficient at translating data into actionable insights
* Data querying skills with SQL is a strong advantage
* Proven experience in working towards business-related KPIs while meeting strict deadlines and SLA's
* Self-starter with an ability to work with cross-functional teams around the world and deal with complexity in a dynamic environment
* Fluency in English with clear and structured communication skills
* Familitary with Python or other scripting language is nice to have
