Category Executive - Fruits & Vegetables ( Hybrid )

• Analyzing market trends, internal data, and customer needs for the Fresh Fruit & Vegetable category,
• Developing and continuously improving the category strategy,
• Managing supply chain processes aligned with the needs and strategies of category management,
• Identifying the most suitable suppliers within the defined product range, managing contract processes, and ensuring complete execution of ordering and supply operations,
• Managing procurement processes to meet annual purchasing targets,
• Conducting business development activities with suppliers,
• Being responsible for Assortment Building, Pricing, and Profitability within the assigned category,
• Planning and executing sales-boosting campaigns and promotions based on market analysis.

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in Retail, Procurement, FMCG, or Food industries,
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills,
• Quick thinker and able to make fast decisions,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs,
• Experienced in sourcing products from suppliers at the expected quality level, on time, and at competitive prices,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• No travel restrictions.
