About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Candidate Experience Intern (all genders) to join the Talent Acquisition Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
In this role
You will manage, plan and coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders
You will be the first point of contact to our candidates - always striving for an exceptional candidate experience
You will work on improving the candidate experience through a variety of projects
You will work with Workday and SmartRecruiters, our ATS tools
You will carry out administrative tasks
You will have the opportunity to take on various side projects, to aid in your growth and development
What you need to be successful
Student registered at a university in Germany or new graduate
Able to work 5 days in a week for 6 months
Excellent communication skills - you listen with the intent to understand and are able to bridge gaps in knowledge
Stakeholder management skills - You are good with people and managing relations with stakeholders
Ability to prioritize, organize and complete multiple projects with various deadlines, with great attention to detail
Goal-oriented - you can work autonomously to meet the needs of your stakeholders, team, and Delivery Hero
