Business Controller

We’re now looking for a Business Controller to join our team. The position is available as soon as possible and ending at the end of August 2027 - with possibility to extend or make permanent. In this role, you’ll be a key finance partner to our commercial and platform teams, working close to the business and influencing decisions that directly impact growth and profitability.

This is not just a finance role. You’ll be in the middle of it all — handling stakeholders from all parts of the business while driving performance and making sure we’re always one step ahead.

Your mission

• Lead forecasting, budgeting and monthly reporting within your areas of responsibility
• Own revenue and topline forecasting for our restaurant business, including key commercial KPIs such as orders, subscriptions, and delivery fees
• Partner closely with Logistics, Sales, Account Management and Key Account Management teams to optimize performance and follow up on monthly results
• Support the monthly closing and reporting processes
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that support and challenge decision-making
• Build financial models and business cases for launches, campaigns and pricing strategies
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that improve processes and ways of working
• Continuously improve forecasting models for both P&L, balance sheet and cash flow

We are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. To thrive in this role, you need to be both analytical and business-minded — someone who can zoom into the details but never lose sight of the bigger picture.

Start date: Upon agreement

• Several years of experience within Business Controlling, FP&A or similar roles
• Strong understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis
• Ability to build relationships and work closely with various types of stakeholders to influence decision-making
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial into actionable insights
• Experience working with large datasets in Excel and financial systems (Anaplan, Planacy, OneStream and Looker are our main tools)
• You are structured, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
• You communicate fluently in English (Swedish is a plus)
