We’re looking for a strategically minded and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong commercial mindset to join our QCommerce team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving business growth by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll support and manage high-impact projects, identify key performance gaps, and collaborate across teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and scale operations. You’ll also take a proactive role in analyzing market trends and competitors, helping to shape initiatives that differentiate our services and unlock new opportunities.

What you’ll do:
Analyze marketplace data to uncover insights and trends
Analyze and interpret data to isolate issues/bugs and provides comprehensive route cause analysis
Design & maintain internal dashboards and reporting tools
Track and measure KPIs related to product & vendors' performance, customer behavior, and conversion
Deliver data-driven recommendations to the commercial & ops teams
Track new product features, updates, and marketplace functionalities released by the DH central team & monitor their adoption statuses in efood platform
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to improve user experience and increase seller/buyer engagement
Conduct competitive and market research to document product gap analysis & competitors' potential growth strategies
Identify new growth opportunities and test initiatives (e.g. category management,promotions & merchandising strategies)
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across departments aiming to operation excellence.
Create timelines, track progress, and manage risks of the assigned projects
Ensure timely execution and communication between involved stakeholders
Provide project updates and documentation to the commercial leadership

Proven experience in business analysis roles
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
Great experience in dashboard Designing & KPI Tracking
Great experience with BI Tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong Data Interpretation & Trend Analysis skills
Strong Project Management skills
Investigative and research-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate an ownership mindset
