This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work on exciting, high-impact projects while collaborating with talented individuals across the globe. You'll be at the forefront of industry trends, and your expertise will significantly impact the success and growth of our brand portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as trusted brand advisor to senior marketing teams, consulting regional teams and local markets on branding projects and topics, ensuring alignment with the group brand vision.

  • Use complex market research data results to make informed strategic decisions and proposals based on findings. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

  • Champion the brand's long-term vision. Help define as well as roll-out the tools and frameworks that help our regions / markets measure and ensure long term brand building efforts and consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with content and media teams to align creative and media strategies for maximum ROI.

  • Identify best practices from other regions and industry to enhance campaigns impact on brand.

  • Provide regional and local markets with global brand guidelines and playbooks. Evaluate go-to-market communication strategies and multi-channel implementation plans.

  • Project manage complex branding initiatives and projects, working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and markets.

  • Plan and prepare branding workshops for senior stakeholders.


What you need to be successful

  • You have 5+ years experience in consumer branding/research agency, ideally in a fast paced, international environment.

  • You are a complex problem solver who can define, assess, solve problems and communicate back to leadership in a clear and concise fashion.

  • An analytical and logical thinker, as comfortable with independently analyzing market research data as with handling unexpected questions in a meeting.

  • A collaborative team player, with experience of leading cross-cultural projects.

  • You are a persuasive and confident communicator - both written and verbal, with experience presenting both data and creative concepts.

  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in a second language spoken in one of our global markets (such as Arabic, Spanish, or Chinese) is a plus.
