Associate, Vendor Onboarding

• Understand the all processes of Onboarding Vendor
• Maintenance and resolve transmission issue
• Assist team on face-to-face/call training sessions with potential vendor
• Setting up relevant accounts for potential vendors for them to start selling on foodpanda
• Full responsibilities of high offline vendor project (Both Incubation and Mature vendor)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or another related field
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in inventory management, logistics, or related operations role
• Proficiency in Chinese, both written and spoken is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide) 
• Proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives on meeting targets
• Prior call center experience a plus
• Technological Knowledge
