Associate, Talent Acquisition

• Partner closely with Line Manager to drive progressive change improving HR practices & people experience;
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, pre-screening, coordinating assessments & interviews, conduct reference checks, extend offer & maintain a relationship till the employee comes on-board (Basically, your target here would be candidate experience);
• Manage employee’s onboarding, 30-day check-in, probation, and offboarding processes;
• Responsible for foodpanda’s careers sites management, engagement, and development;
• Be the point of contact for employees to engage with when issues including but not limited to attendance, leaves, health insurance, LSSO, claims, relocation, travel, accommodation & per diem reimbursement, and employee benefits – gym, fitness, football arise;
• Facilitate the resolution of employee issues in a timely manner and thrive in periods of intense activity;
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of all HR administrative processes not limited to employee letter request, benefits administration, etc.;
• Ensure excellent employee records management on human resource information system (Workday), master sheet & shared drives;
• Support the overall strategy and implementation of recognition events and initiatives;
• Ensure confidentiality & compliance are maintained at all times;
• Stay abreast of country local labor laws and regulations;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree of human resource management, psychology, business or equivalent preferred;
• Ideally 2 years’ working experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment, talent acquisition role with experience;
• Team player with excellent communication and prioritization skills;
• Problem-solving skills necessary to help employees solve issues that may come up;
• Attention to detail, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, structured and well-organized, creative, and out-of-the-box thinking are a must;
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision while being a good team-player;
• Willing to learn new things and grow and motivated to take additional challenging tasks;
• Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficient in MS Office programs and Google applications;
• Good command of Lao and English languages (spoken and written).
