We are looking for an Associate Service Desk (all genders) to join the IT Services team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your mission:
Provide a fantastic customer support experience.
Be a part of the team providing a single point of contact for our internal IT customers and assisting with their issues and requests (onboarding, hardware, basic troubleshooting).
Administration, installation, and support of Windows-, macOS- and Linux-based systems.
Hand over computer peripherals to employees as needed.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing laptops
Address the issues of colleagues both onsite and through remote sessions.
Manage customer requests through Jira, Slack, and email.
Respond to incoming IT support requests via email, Slack, or in person.
Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.
Be part of a global IT team.
Your heroic skills:
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in system administration and IT.
The passion for IT & high ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive mindset and a drive to identify and address root causes.
High service orientation and an ability to empathise with and understand the customer's perspective.
Strong communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience working in an international Agile Environment
Active Directory, AzureAD and Google Suite user management knowledge
Worked before in an IT environment
