Associate, Rider Operations

• Record and report all rider’s problems to Manager;

• Provide excellent service to riders to ensure positive experience through front end excellence and customer service;

• Acknowledging, resolving and responding promptly to riders’ problems and inquiries efficiently; by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward riders at all times;

• Providing advice and trainings to riders on appropriate services the customer;

• Follow up riders’ outstanding payments;

ຕິດຕາມ ແລະ ນຳຍອດເງິນທີ່ຍັງຄ້າງຈ່າຍຂອງໄຣເດີ້

• Manage, monitor, and report on Rider Captain (freelancer) performance as required;

ບໍລິຫານ, ຕິດຕາມ ແລະ ລາຍງານກ່ຽວກັບຜົນງານຂອງໄຣເດີ້ກັບຕັນ (ພະນັກງານອິດສະຫຼະ) ຕາມທີ່ຖືກມອບໝາຍ

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Business Administration or any other similar field.

ຈົບການສຶກສາ ລະດັບຊັ້ນສູງ ສາຂາບໍລິຫານ ຫຼື ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ

• Basic understanding in English.

ສາມາດນຳໃຊ້ພາສາອັງກິດໃນຂັ້ນພື້ນຖານໄດ້

• At least 1 year working experience in Operations/Logistics, Hospitality/Customer Service, Sales preferred.

• Good communication, negotiation, service minded and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and driven.
