Associate, Rider Marketing, Inbound Leads, and Conversion

What’s on your menu?

• You support foodpanda Myanmar’s management with shaping local logistics strategy
• You execute projects with the local and the global team to their maximum potential
• You take ownership of performance improvement initiatives that strengthen our fleet and rider relationships. Projects include innovating the process to optimize rider experience and improve delivery experience
• You lead support agents to address rider’s concerns through the rider ticketing system
• You help standardize and build out the logistics process for fleet management
• Support initiatives to improve the delivery experience through fleet data analysis
• You have a hands-on approach and love going into details to better understand and shape solutions to our daily operational and logistics issue 

What do you bring to the table?

• Must be graduated with any degree or diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in the food delivery field
• Experienced in social network & content creation
• Data collection & reporting
• Engagement campaign and activity (offline & online)
• Being good in English and Burmese language is a must!
• Ability to communicate effectively with the investigative spirit (Prefer who used Photoshop & Canva)
• Independent, proactive highly motivated, fast learner 
• Positive attitude with good communication skills and a can-do mindset
