foodora, the market leader in online food ordering in Hungary, is looking for an Associate Rider Compensation Operations to join our team!
(This is a fixed-term position for 2 years, covering a maternity leave.)
What is the role about?
Preparing and reviewing rider compensation statements
Issuing invoices and checking incoming invoices
Maintaining and keeping the rider database up to date
Actively participating in smaller projects and process improvement initiatives
Preparing reports and supporting monthly closing activities
Communicating with riders in writing
Performing general administrative tasks
What you need to be successful
A degree in economics or business is an advantage
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Native-level Hungarian and intermediate or conversational English skills
Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel
Ability to handle repetitive tasks
Accurate and precise working style
