Associate, Fleet Management

• Improve rider experience through prompt resolution of concerns
• Identify and investigate fraud cases
• Process insurance claims efficiently
• Provide frontline support for rider issues (payments, account blocks, behavioural  concerns, etc.)
• Maintain an issue logbook with timestamps and resolution status
• Route complex issues to relevant departments (Rider Support, Fleet, Payments)
• Offer direct support at the city hubs for suspensions, offboarding, incorrect charges, JazzCash/Easypaisa adjustments, snatching case escalations and city change requests. 
• Contribute to the improvement of Rider NPS and RSAT scores.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
• You have at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
