Associate, Enterprise Business Development Freelancer

What's on your menu?

• Comfortable to perform cold calls and client appointments
• Be relentless to research, reach out to, and speak to the right decision makers in a business
• Required to close new accounts as successful partnerships for the verticals under Enterprise ( express service pandasend and corporate)
• Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs
• Work with internal support functions to ensure that every successful partnership that goes live on the platform meets all requirements for processing
• Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information in an organized fashion
• A knack for objection handling, persuasive, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced fashion
• Problem solving comes as second nature; constantly striving to provide solutions which are in-sync to company offers
• Constantly excelling in meeting and exceeding KPI elements set by the company

What do you bring to the table?

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business or related field
• At least 1 - 2 years’ experience within a call centre or related experience
• Proven sales experience is an added advantage, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising, and e-commerce
• Comfortable in working with online business tools such as Google applications. Experience with Salesforce a plus
• A proficient communicator with a consultative sale driven approach
• Ability to write and communicate in English and Tagalog persuasively
• A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes
