About the opportunity
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and collecting necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Manage offboarding processes, ensuring that departing employees have a seamless exit experience.
Monitor and ensure adherence to social insurance-related tasks, ex: Managing Forms 1, forms 6
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records in the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing and submitting required HR reports and documentation.

What you need to be successful
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or any other related field
Min of 2 years of full-time professional experience in a people Operations Role
Fluent in English Language
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
