Associate, AP Service Delivery

We are looking for an Associate, Accounts Payable to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service center in the Philippines!

 Responsibilities:

• Perform 3-way match in the Inventory Warehouse System for all incoming invoices for the different warehouses

• Ensure the daily operational activities are performed and delivered within the SLAs

• Work closely, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Smooth and proper handling of stakeholders inquiry

• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping with accuracy and integrity

• Other AP related processes

• Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Account Payable process 

• Ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team

• Open to fresh-graduates with a Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy or any related Finance business courses
• Also open to non-finance degree holders with experience in finance assistant / admin roles
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using excel (e.g. pivot, vlookup etc.)
• Experience in using accounting/ERP systems is a PLUS (SAP experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
• Experience in shared services centre or retail business is added advantage
• Proficient in English.
