Join us on our journey as we aim to connect with 25% of Pakistan's population, delivering more than just meals, uplifting lives, and driving positive transformation throughout the nation. Come onboard as an Assistant Manager, Treasury and play your part in the Finance Domain.
On this journey, you will report to Lead, Treasury.
- Strategic Treasury Management:
- Develop and implement strategic treasury plans aligned with the company's overall financial and business objectives.
- Provide recommendations on optimizing the organization's capital structure and funding globally.
- Cash and Liquidity Management:
- Monitor and manage daily cash balances to ensure liquidity needs are met.
- Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and maximize returns on idle cash.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including interest rate risk and foreign exchange risk
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Investment Management:
- Oversee the company's investment portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the parent company’s guidelines, risk tolerance and return objectives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend appropriate investment.
- Banking Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Negotiate banking services and fees to optimize the cost of financial services.
- Treasury Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash disbursements, wire transfers, and other transactions.
- Need to make bank reconciliation of all the entities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making.
- Provide insights into the financial implications of various strategic initiatives.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on treasury activities to senior management and the board of directors.
- Keep stakeholders informed about key month end closing entries.
What you need to be successful
Your role in this journey requires the following:
- Masters degree in Finance, ACCA/CA/CFA
- 5+ years of experience in treasury operations or a similar financial role
- Proven experience in treasury management and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power Query & Power BI.
