Assistant Manager, Employee Engagement

Work with Head of People to:  

• Develop engagement strategies and deliver various engagement initiatives; 

• Coordinate local execution of engagement surveys and analyze results;  

• Develop culture strategies and deliver various cultural and diversity & inclusion (D&I) initiatives;

• Develop and execute internal communications initiatives; 

• Facilitate the execution of critical talent & high-potential development programs

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, events or project management, preferably in organizations with a global internal audience; 

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Employee & Engagement Manager

• Hands-on experience in planning, managing and executing engagement events & initiatives; 

• Strong project planning and event management skills, with the ability to coordinate and execute events involving multiple stakeholders; 

• Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with staff; 

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, and manage projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; 

• Adaptive, flexible, and accountable, with the ability to handle projects independently
