Job description
- Represent foodpanda as an ambassador and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partner accounts, building long-term trusted advisor relationships.
- Own account performance end-to-end, including onboarding, activation, retention, and ongoing growth across your portfolio.
- Identify and secure new partnerships across the country to expand the partner base.
- Drive revenue and portfolio growth by activating relevant services and initiatives (ad sales, promotions, online marketing packages, etc.).
- Manage escalations and resolve high-severity partner requests by coordinating with internal stakeholders when required.
- Monitor, forecast, and report account performance using key commercial and operational metrics (sales results, product mix, marketing campaign performance, and other relevant KPIs).
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions aligned with partner needs, objectives, and operational requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and service providers to collect requirements, align execution, and ensure partner needs are met end-to-end
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject
- At least 3-4 years solid experience in operational sales or account management role in FMCG, E- commerce
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners’ needs
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Experience in grocery business is a plus
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Can work under pressure; Assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a strong drive.
- Ability to analyze and draw inference from data
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners’ needs
- Knowledge in MS office and G Suite
- Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
- Self-motivated and get-it-done attitude. You roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful
