Area Sales Manager

• Be a valuable addition to the City’s Sales Team and onboard Restaurants, Shops and Panda-Go on foodpanda.
• Training, Monitoring & Evaluation of onboarded vendors to maintain their health.
• Managing inventory and making sure the inventory is optimized on Sales Force, live and growing order wise during the first 30 day incubation.
• Daily Monitoring of the onboarded accounts and making fixtures in coordination with cross-functional teams for their day to day issues.
• Coordinate with operational teams to make sure accounts are timely activated with correct deals, DLP & DLD.

Following are the KPIs for Business Development Executive:

• Daily Pitch Sales Call 
• Daily Health Calls  
• Keeping onboarded vendors operational hours greater than 10 per day & 7 days a week
• Keeping zero order vendors to less than 5% of total inventory
• Order growth calls & Deals

• Bachelors or Masters degree
• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must Be willing to work in the Field
• Fluency in English & Urdu is a must
• Should be a natural hustler
• High degree of emotional intelligence
• Highly adaptable to a quickly changing environment
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word.
