AM Performance

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends (e.g., GMV, Take Rate, Conversion).

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements (BRDs) and functional specifications for new features or process changes.

• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks (e.g., SOP inefficiencies) and propose data-backed solutions to streamline workflows.

• Dashboarding: Maintain and automate weekly/monthly performance dashboards using tools like Looker, G sheets

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units (Sales/Ops) and technical teams (Product/Data) to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support leadership with quick-turnaround data requests to answer specific business questions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a performance analysis, business analysis, consulting, or strategy role.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Experience in working with OKRs, KPIs, and performance frameworks is a plus.
