Are you an Accountant we can count on? We are looking for a driven person to join our finance team who will work with the day-to-day bookkeeping for foodora, our platform company. We are looking for someone who is as passionate about their work as we are and who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. We need you to tackle your tasks with confidence and commitment, and not shy away from new challenges.
Your mission
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and audits.
Perform balance account reconciliations in ADRA Balancer.
Handle B2B accounts receivable, including payment follow-ups, reconciliation, and sending reminders.
Follow up and reconcile accounts payable and expense reserves.
Actively participate in and develop ongoing restaurant/store invoicing.
Participate in and drive projects related to the development and automation of our processes in SAP and other internal financial systems.
Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
Manage and reconcile expense reporting.

You can prioritize and see things from a helicopter perspective. You put the team before yourself and agree with us that having fun at work is important. What you need to be successful
Relevant post-secondary education, for example, from Vocational School or University.
Approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience working with accounting.
Experience with performing monthly reconciliations independently.
Proficiency in Excel and previous experience in a high-transaction company with partially automated accounting processes is nice to have.
A big plus if you have previous experience with SAP and/or ADRA Balancer.
foodora’s corporate language is English, so we prefer that you are equally comfortable working fluently in both Swedish and English.
