In this role, your base salary will be 2500 euros per month + a monthly bonus based on your performance.
What would you be doing?
We are now looking for two Account Managers who will take full commercial responsibility for the assigned restaurant portfolio. Your focus will be on optimizing and developing our partnerships while providing a great vendor experience for our partners. You'll be joining our Commercial Department, which includes our Sales Team, Account Management teams, and Key Account Management team. In this role, you'll report to the Regional Lead of Account Management.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
Helping our restaurant partners to succeed by selling vendors the right mix of foodora’s additional services.
Ensuring commercial KPIs in the portfolio.
Execute given projects in the assigned vendor portfolio.
Ensuring excellent vendor experience by being their main point of contact.
Regular partner meetings and follow-up sales calls.
Active and versatile use of data in developing and growing the assigned vendor portfolio.
Deepening and developing restaurant partnerships.
What are we looking for?
You enjoy problem-solving and building solutions.
You are result-orientated and get things done while having fun.
You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or another relevant field.
You have a few years of experience in a role where managing external customer relationships and driving sales have been key priorities.
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Finnish and English.
You have a driver’s license.
