Who We Are

The Female Heroes group has the role of raising awareness about the importance of gender equality and biases among the employees at Delivery Hero.
Everyone is welcome to be a Female Hero because we feel equality can not be achieved without the participation of all Heroes.
We believe it takes all Heroes to achieve equality. That is why this employee resource group is open to all Delivery Hero employees who identify as women or would like to engage as allies.

"I believe in a more inclusive society dismantling old patriarchal values, to allow everyone to be themselves in all situations, leading to a happier life and more meaningful connections with other people. This is particularly important at work, where we spend a great deal of our time and energy: feeling included as a member of a community and as a person in an organization leads to better engagement, retention, and productivity, ultimately creating value for the organization and for society at large. Communities like the Female Heroes work towards this objective, creating a strong sense of belonging and awareness, which is the first step to activate change"
