If our customers need to get in touch with us, be it a consumer or a restaurant, they reach us. Whether you choose phone, email, chat or SMS, our team is the voice on the other side – around the clock, 365 days a year.
Our Finance teams work as advisors in financial matters for our local entities all over the world and are responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all financial activities of our group and ensure the profitability and liquidity of Delivery Hero.
Finance Systems / SAP
Our Finance Systems team deals with the SAP solutions of the whole group. Delivery Hero is using state-of-the-art tools such as S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and many more SAP innovations. The team continuously deploys SAP to Delivery Hero subsidiaries worldwide to enhance the finance and administrative processes.
The legal department of Delivery Hero handles legal issues that may come up in the course of business. One of the most important roles our legal department plays is being legal advisers. They ensure that the company is getting the best legal representation and advice possible.
Our People Operations department is there at every point in the employee lifecycle. We create programs and processes to find, retain, engage, train and grow our International Heroes. We act as a strategic partner for the business, promoting what makes us unique, devising a corporate social responsibility program and creating a workplace for our Heroes to deliver solutions and aim higher, day in day out. Our mission is to create an amazing employee experience.
Our international team and Business Development functions are responsible for assessing local challenges and implementing key initiatives in their local markets or internationally. We value the sharing of best practices across countries.
Product works at the intersection of technology, design and business strategy to deliver experiences our customers and partners love. We are responsible from a product's conception through to its launch and work across the organisation with all kinds of stakeholders to define the ‘why’, ‘what’ and ‘how’. We’re an interdisciplinary and multi-talented team; strategy, data analytics, product design and agile software development methodologies are all on our menu!
Our Operations teams are concerned with designing and controlling our processes and redesigning business operations in the production of our services. They are responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.
Our aim is to establish solid relationships with (potential) new restaurant partners and be the first point of contact for new restaurants. We educate the market on our business methods and products including innovations and increase earning potential for all of our partners using our platform to collectively aid individual businesses. In Sales, we work as a team to push the business strategies and company mission.
